We Believe Good Science
Should Be for Everyone
The Vital Loop was built on one conviction — the research exists to help people live longer, healthier lives. It just needs to be made accessible.
The wellness world is broken. We’re fixing our corner of it.
Search “how to lose belly fat” and you’ll find 10 conflicting answers — keto, intermittent fasting, detox teas, miracle supplements. Most of it is noise. Some of it is actively harmful. Very little of it is grounded in what the science actually says.
Meanwhile, the real research — from exercise physiologists like Dr. Peter Attia and Dr. Iñigo San Millán, from metabolic scientists like Dr. Robert Lustig, from longevity researchers publishing in top journals — sits behind paywalls and jargon, inaccessible to the people who need it most.
We don’t sell supplements. We don’t run ads for products we haven’t vetted. We don’t publish content that hasn’t been grounded in peer-reviewed science. What we do is build tools, write guides, and create resources that give you an unfair advantage over your own health.
Built for real people — not athletes
The Vital Loop is not for elite athletes or biohacking enthusiasts with unlimited time and money. It’s for the other 99%.
Built in Bangalore, written for the world
The Vital Loop was born in Bangalore — a city of desk workers, ambitious professionals, and people who care deeply about their health but have very little time to figure it out.
We noticed something: the best health and fitness content in the world was written for Western audiences, Western bodies, and Western diets. The specific questions that matter to people here — how does rice affect blood sugar, what does a metabolically healthy Indian diet look like, why do South Asians develop insulin resistance at lower BMIs — were barely answered anywhere.
So we built The Vital Loop. Science-backed. India-aware. Globally relevant.
Six topics. One framework.
Everything we publish falls into one of six categories — each chosen because it represents a high-impact area of human health where good science is routinely oversimplified, misrepresented, or ignored entirely.
We also build free interactive tools — calculators, planners, and AI-powered guides — embedded directly in our posts so you don’t just read about the science, you apply it to yourself immediately.
Our editorial promise to you
These are the commitments that govern every piece of content we publish.
Our two most important guides right now
